华人按摩师在芝加哥开车被撞晕获得25万美金赔偿

$250,000 Settlement in Chicago for Brain injury

The plaintiff is a 65-year-old man who had moved to the Chicagoland area in 2013 from China.  

The plaintiff suffered a traumatic brain injury in an automobile accident on May 5, 2019.

On December 17, 2021, the lawsuit was settled for $250,000. At the time of the accident, the the plaintiff lived with his wife and was working as a foot masseuse.

The plaintiff was driving to work and was rear ended on an expressway outside of Chicago. The plaintiff lost consciousness and was transported to a local hospital and spent three days in the hospital.

The plaintiff was unable to return to work and continues to suffer from headaches,dizziness, and short-term memory problems. The attorneys at Gershowitz Law and Dudley&Lake, LLC were able to obtain a $250,000 settlement for the plaintiff after agreeing to mediation.

The plaintiff was not present at the mediation because he had moved back to China and the the plaintiff has no plans to return to the United States. The plaintiff’s settlement funds were recently wired to him in China and the plaintiff is ready to move on from this accident.
